Craft Ramen with fresh noodles made in Luxembourg and authentic soup broth from Japan. Our shoyu soup has a delicate savoury flavour and the medium Ramen noodles are egg based, typical of the Tokyo area. All topped with free range chicken chashu, ajitama (marinated soft egg), menma (fermented bamboo shoots) and spring onions.

Our soups are delivered cold for transportation purposes. For the perfect Ramen experience, heat up the soup broth for 3min in the Microwave. Pour the hot soup over the Ramen and enjoy.
